5. People outside the city need to provide personal identity cards, temporary residence permits and family planning certificates to apply for business licenses;

6, from the date of acceptance, in accordance with the provisions within thirty days, and strive to make a review decision within ten days. If the registration is approved, a business license shall be issued; If the registration is not granted, the reasons shall be explained to the applicant. The applicant obtains a business license with his personal ID card.

Anyone who engages in business activities in the name of sole proprietorship without the approval and registration of the registration authority according to law shall be ordered by the registration authority to stop business activities and be fined not more than 3,000 yuan.
