Preparation method: 1. Cut the tofu into small cubes of even size (usually 1 cm thick is enough), wash the green onion and chili pepper and chop them finely.

2. Peel and seed the pumpkin, clean it, and then cut it into pieces the same size as tofu. However, you can cut the pumpkin pieces thinner so that the pumpkin can be cooked quickly.

3. Put the tofu pieces into a plate or a large bowl, then insert the pumpkin into the gap between the tofu, insert a piece of pumpkin every other piece of tofu, and arrange the tofu and pumpkin together like this.
