The finished product is loose and slag-melting, oily but not greasy, sweet and slightly sour.
Ye Erba
It was created by an old man in Huaiyuan in the 192s, when it was called the wild cotton paper, commonly known as Ai Momo. Rice, glutinous rice and appropriate amount of peas are mixed and ground, which contains pork stuffing. The finished product is as clean as milk, moist and refreshing, oily but not greasy, and has the characteristics of not touching dishes, chopsticks and teeth, so it is also called airball Yeerba. Because its finished product is wrapped in orange leaves, it is named "Ye Er Ba", which combines the fragrance of glutinous rice and orange leaves.
Tofu Curtain
is produced exclusively in huaiyuan town with a history of more than 5 years. First, make edible soybean milk from high-quality soybeans, then add appropriate amount of brine to make it thick, and then stir it evenly with a brush. Then, soak the gauze, put it in a wooden box, a layer of fine cloth and a layer of bean curd, filter dry and shape it like a curtain. The biggest feature of the curtain is that it must be eaten after putting moldy long white hair. It is slightly astringent when eaten raw, and can be baked or fried, with a special taste.
