The curing method of grilled squid is as follows:
3 squid as main ingredients.
1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsps Beijing duck sauce (sweet noodle sauce), 2 tbsps barbecue sauce, appropriate amount of sweet pepper powder and cumin powder.
Steps:
1. Remove the black skin of squid, clean it, add lemon juice, salt and soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour;
2. Wash and shred onions and green peppers, and spread them evenly on tin foil;
3. Prepare barbecue sauce duck sauce and Beijing duck sauce respectively;
4. Brush with Beijing duck sauce and sprinkle with cumin powder and sweet pepper powder;
5. Brush with barbecue sauce and marinate for half an hour;
6. Preheat the oven to 18 degrees, fire the middle layer and bake for about 15 minutes;
7. Take it out every 5 minutes and brush it all over Beijing duck sauce and barbecue sauce.
