A detailed introduction of dried apricots on trees

Dried apricots on trees (commonly known as hanged dried apricots) are commonly known as Xiaojinguo. This product was originally grown in neighboring wild apricots in Kazakhstan, and it was named because it did not fall after ripening and dried in the trees. This apricot is unique in flavor, pure, sweet and nutritious. Apricot stones are extremely thin, easy to eat, extremely sweet and delicious. Later, this kind of wild apricot was also found in the ancient city of Alimali, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, and cultivated artificially! And in the 61st regiment of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, it was widely planted to form a dried apricot industry with "Alimari" brand as the main product! In 29, the 61st Regiment won the title of "Hometown of Dried Apricots on Trees in China"; In 21, it obtained the registration certificate of geographical indications of agricultural products issued by the Ministry of Agriculture. At present, it is the only production base of dried apricots on trees in China. The dried raw material for hanging is small white apricot, a specialty of Yili, commonly known as Xiaojinguo, which is a unique wild small sweet apricot in Tex Valley and Yili Valley at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain. The local climate has long sunshine, the temperature difference between day and night is more than 2 degrees, and there is no pollution. Apricot trees grow on natural snow and rain. Self-flowering and fruit, without any artificial fertilization and labor, completely natural and original state; Fresh fruit is round as pearls, yellow as gold, small and full, fleshy, pure and sweet, almond-sized and especially fragrant. Fresh apricots that mature on trees are transpiration by the hot summer climate and blown by the dry monsoon, and slowly air-dry on the trees, and naturally mature without falling off. From afar, pieces of apricots are dried in the trees, swaying with the wind, and the shadows of the trees are heavy, which is a spectacle. Xinjiang Yili 61 regiment is the main producing area, with the largest output and the best quality. Don't pick apricots when they are ripe, but pick them when they are dry and don't fall on the trees after late autumn. That is, dried apricots on trees are sweet in meat and crisp in core, so the price is higher.

There are three unique things about dried apricots on the tree:
