What's your working experience as a waiter in a fly restaurant?

All friends around me know that May can not eat in a restaurant at ordinary times, which is because May works as a waiter in a fly restaurant and knows how the food comes, but she is really worried about the hygiene of the restaurant outside.

During my college years, I worked in the fly restaurant outside the school for half a year, working for three hours every day, from 17: to 2: , mainly serving dishes, clearing the table, ordering food and so on. I was a little fortunate, but I learned how to satisfy customers, and I also learned about the operation process of the catering industry and the most annoying health problems in the catering industry. For example, 1. 2. Taste is king. The owner of our shop has his own unique secret-the bottom of the pot. Anyway, every time he cooks the bottom of the pot, the boss cooks it himself, quietly, even the chef doesn't know it. Of course, May is even more incomprehensible, but customers feel delicious. 3. The hygiene of dishes is really worrying. As for scouring vegetables, many dishes are just drenched in water and not washed at all; Regarding washing dishes, there are many bowls and two sinks, one is washed with detergent, and the other is cleaned in clean water, but the sink with detergent bubbles is not cleaned at all; Regarding the leftover pot, the vegetables are selective, such as potatoes and lotus roots. The green leafy vegetables are easy to see cooked. If you throw them away, the oil will be recovered and continue to boil. Results: Because of the service and taste, there are many repeat customers in our fly shop, and there are often many people waiting outside the door. But you know what? The bowls our employees eat must be brought by themselves, and the meals they eat must be cleaned again and cooked by the chef.

Ps: This is May's personal experience, which doesn't mean that all restaurants do this, but cooking with children at home is not only hygienic, but also more fun and comfortable, isn't it?
