Xi'an is one of my country's "four ancient capitals" with a long history and profound cultural heritage. In addition to its numerous historical sites, Xi'an is also famous for its food.
As my country's famous "City of Food", many tourists come to Xi'an to taste Xi'an's local specialties.
Recently, I was traveling in Xi'an, and a local friend in Xi'an suggested taking me to have breakfast, because Xi'an breakfast has one of the most representative specialties, which is "spicy meatball soup". If I travel to Xi'an,
If you don't have a bowl of "spicy meatball soup" in the morning, it will definitely be in vain.
Although it was a weekend when we went, the breakfast shop was still packed with people, and almost everyone had a bowl of "spicy meatball soup" in front of them. It seems that Xi'an people really have a special liking for this special delicacy.
ah!
For a southern tourist like me, it feels very fresh.
When my friend went to order, he asked me if I wanted a large bowl or a small bowl. I said a small bowl would be fine. Later I found out that it was a wise choice for me to order a small bowl, because the "small bowls" in the north are really better than those in the south.
The "big bowl" is even bigger, and the "spicy meatball soup" looks really solid!
Xi'an's "Meatball Paste Spicy Soup" is indeed well-deserved. The ingredients in it are really rich. In addition to meatballs, there are also green peppers, potatoes, cabbage, etc. It is a combination of meat and vegetables. If you eat a bowl in the morning, it is nutritionally comprehensive.
In addition, it does look "mushy", no wonder it is called "spicy soup".
My local friends in Xi'an also told me that in Xi'an, you must drink "spicy meatball soup" because this is Xi'an's "spicy soup". If you drink "spicy meatball soup", it is from Henan.
"Spicy soup", the two are different.
However, after I finished this bowl of "spicy meatball soup" in the morning, I felt like I couldn't even eat at noon.
So, have you ever tried their "Meatball Paste Spicy Soup" for breakfast in Xi'an?
How does it taste?
Do you think there is any difference between Henan's "Spicy Meatball Soup" and Xi'an's "Spicy Meatball Soup"?
Which one do you prefer?
If you have the opportunity in the future, would you still like to travel to Xi'an?
