Seven major scenic spots in Jilin Province 1. Changbai Mountain Scenic Area Changbai Mountain is named for its white pumice and snow. It is the birthplace of the Yalu River, Songhua River and Tumen River. It is also the birthplace of the Manchus in China and the holy mountain of Manchu culture. It has a "thousand-year history".
The snow is like a year-old pine tree, and it has the reputation of "the highest peak in the world". It is a national 5A-level scenic spot.
Changbai Mountain has three scenic spots in the north, west and south. The main attractions are Tianchi, Changbai Waterfall, Alpine Garden, Yuanyang Pond, Yalu River Grand Canyon, etc.

Ticket composition: Round trip from Chibei Distribution Center to Shanmen is RMB 35, scenic spot ticket is RMB 105, scenic bus is RMB 80, and Tianchi reverse bus is RMB 80, totaling RMB 305. Students can enjoy free tickets before the end of August, saving RMB 105. Pay special attention to the appointment time.
Entering the scenic spot: swipe your ID card at the Chibei Distribution Center to take the bus and enter the mountain gate, then take an environmentally friendly car to the transfer center, buy an 80 yuan reverse ticket to Tianchi (the road to Tianchi is all steep and winding, very exciting).
Recommended route: (1) Tianchi: If Tianchi is open, you must first go to the main peak Tianchi. Basically, you can only see it less than 100 days a year. It is also a must-see attraction in Changbai Mountain. It is really beautiful when the weather is good.
The Tianchi tour is divided into two loops, AB. There will be signboards on them. Those with elderly and children are advised to take route B first and then go to route A.
(2) Waterfalls and hot springs: Take the reverse bus from Tianchi to the transfer center, then take an eco-friendly car to get there. The walk is about 3 kilometers round trip. Three hot spring eggs for 10 yuan are here.
The waterfall has a height of 68 meters and is the only outlet of Tianchi, and Tianchi has no water inlet. The Julong Hot Spring Group is composed of large and small hot springs, with a maximum water temperature of 83 degrees.
