We call it "White Scattering", and some people in the house next door call it Misan or Mihua.
This kind is made of glutinous rice harvested in that year. First, the glutinous rice is steamed, then the model is made to dry in the sun, then the soup is poured on both sides, and then it is dried. Finally, fry it with peanut oil, air it and eat it. Crispy mouth is delicious.
