The only Samsung restaurant listed in Michelin Beijing 2020 Guide, the authentic Taizhou snack Shasuan Doumian, looks simple and tender, and it is crisp and tough to eat in your mouth. Golden crisp hairtail is selected from hairtail in the East China Sea, with crisp skin, bright white fish, warm and juicy feeling.

Seaweed wrapped, Guo Fu lily fried ears and other dishes are exquisite, crystal sugar, Saussurea involucrata, peach gum tonic soup, as well as Aiwowo and hawthorn pea yellow, which combine Chinese and western styles and cross the ancient and modern times.

◆ Zhaofu Street grocery store
Sesame oil, liquor and cigarettes are neatly placed on the old shelves of the grocery store. All kinds of pickles are packed in green pots on the long table where the pulp is ground. The weighing tool is a mottled old steelyard, and the "treasures of the town shop" are "soy sauce" and "Barr sauce".

◆ Yao Ji fried liver
Hot fried liver, thick soup thickened with starch, liver with tender willow leaves, lips and teeth touching the tip of liver, delicious and chewy. Small intestine is not too greasy. The bite is tender and juicy, and the garlic is delicious. The more you eat, the better it tastes.

An old shop opened on Coal Market Street, and the "Moon Gate" at the door is the only one on this street. The shopkeeper Lao Zhang goes to the vegetable market to choose meat at 5: 30 every day. The meat in the dish is like wicker, which is cut quickly and slowly and evenly. The white stuttering of cutting mutton is sweet.
