i. Usage
1. Put the articles to be dried into the drying box and close the box door.
2. turn the power switch to the "1" position, at which time the power switch is on and the display screen has digital display.
3. set the required working temperature and working time according to the operating instructions of the temperature controller (the working time may not be set).
4. The equipment will automatically run under the required working conditions, turn off the power switch after use, and take out the articles.
※ If the operating temperature is too high (generally higher than 7℃), you must wait until the equipment cools down before taking out the articles
II. Instructions for the use of the temperature controller
1. Temperature SETting
A. Under normal working conditions, press the set key to enter the temperature setting state, at which time the PV display screen shows SP and SV display screen flashes first;
b, press the shift key to shift the flicker to the required setting position;
C. press the minus key or the plus key to adjust the number to the required value;
D. press the SET key twice, the instrument will return to the normal working state, the temperature setting is completed, and the instrument will run according to the new set value.
2. Timing function
A. Under normal working conditions, press the SET key twice to enter the timing setting state, at which time the PV display screen displays ST, and the SV display screen displays and flashes;
b, press the shift key to shift the flicker to the required setting position;
C. press the minus key or the plus key to adjust the number to the required value;
D. press the SET key once, and the instrument will enter into a timed operation state, at which time the operation indicator light flashes;
e. The timing function is countdown operation. In the timing operation state, press the shift key once, and the SV display screen will display the timing remaining time;
F. When the remaining time of timing returns to zero, the instrument enters the timing End state. At this time, the SV display screen displays END and flashes, and all indicators except the wind speed indicator are turned off;
g. when the timer ends, press the SET key to restore the instrument to its normal working state.
H. when the timer ends, the measured value displayed on the PV display screen will drop to the ambient temperature because the temperature control part of the instrument stops working, which is a normal phenomenon.
I. if you don't need to use the timing function, be sure to set the timing time to zero.
J. during the operation of the timing function, if there is an unexpected power failure, the remaining time of the timing will be automatically reset to zero after being powered on again.
K. the timing range of this equipment: 1 ~ 9999 minutes or 1 ~ 9999 hours.
