Dalian noodles, a popular noodle soup in Shashi, Jingzhou, Hubei. Mainly served in the morning, it is cooked with eel, hen, pork and various seasonings, and occasionally put some fried pig meatballs. It is made of chicken, pig bones and eel bones. Noodles are soft and tough, eel is crisp and fragrant, chicken is fresh and tender, lean meat is mellow, and chicken, fish and meat are in the soup.
