How to make Jian Dui? Ingredients: 500 grams of glutinous rice flour, 100 grams of sugar, and 2 kilograms of raw oil.
1. Mix 100 grams of glutinous rice flour with water, knead it into a dough, cook it in a pot of boiling water, take it out and place it on a chopping board, mix in the remaining 400 grams of glutinous rice flour and add sugar, mix well and knead it repeatedly with your palms.
