Its main component is semen ziziphi sativi, hence the name "semen ziziphi noodles".

The soup boiled with these ingredients is fresh in color, rich in oil, strong in taste and attractive in fragrance. Minced meat noodles are mostly slender noodles made of wheat flour. Not only the soup is good, but also the noodles are very particular. Noodles should be mixed, kneaded, rolled, cut and boiled. If one of the "six good" is not in place, the minced meat noodles will lose their flavor. When eating, put minced meat soup on the tip, then take out the noodles with clear water, and then scoop the noodles into a bowl filled with minced meat soup with chopsticks. You can eat two or three bowls of noodles in a bowl of soup, or you can eat a bowl of noodles in a bowl of soup.
