“Eat in Guangzhou, cook in Fengcheng”, CCTV’s “Taste of Shunde” program opened the door to Shunde, a delicious food town, to people across the country. Many people were originally active in Guangdong. Food has also begun to enter the attention of people across the country. Claypot rice is one of them. As the "representative of claypot rice", the one that enters the scene of "Taste of Shunde" is Niuzhan Noodle Shop.
A small shop with an area of ??less than 20 square meters, mainly making clay pot rice, which has both traditional taste and new techniques. Judging from the performance of the program alone, Niu Zhan has indeed made claypot rice, a famous dish in Guangdong, feel "refined".
But it’s not just the claypot rice that makes Niuzhan Noodle Shop famous. The unique personality of the shop owner Niu Zhan also plays a huge role in this: conceited, persistent, irritable, etc. Compared with other shops and other craftsmen introduced in "Taste of Shunde", Niu Zhan is unique and uncharacteristic as a restaurant owner, which brings him higher exposure and topicality.
We also went here because we wanted to experience this "different claypot rice". Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience claypot rice. We only experienced the bad temper of the store owner... The "cow show" eventually became a daily joke among shareholders.
Nowadays, "XX Cow Show" has become a norm in the comment areas of many food programs. Perhaps it is to defend those UP owners who were kicked out of the cattle show, or to vent their dissatisfaction with "XX Cow Show" The dissatisfaction with the "cattle show style" service attitude may be just to have fun. In short, the black cattle show seems to have become a popular trend.
However, my inner rationality tells me that being black for the sake of being black is not the right choice for the media or fans.
Moreover, the cattle show is not just a case. There are many catering professionals who are similar to the cattle show, or who want to become a cattle show. Therefore, we hope to approach it from the perspective of food and rationally understand the "cattle show phenomenon" and the essential issues behind it.
Why the Black Bull Show? What lessons can the events of the cattle show teach us? This is something worth thinking about.
