How to make braised pork with fermented bean curd:
Ingredients to prepare: 500g pork belly, 3 pieces of fermented bean curd, 5g onion, 2 star anise, 10 peppercorns, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 lettuce , appropriate amount of ginger.
