The construction content of the project includes 3.9 kilometers of regulation of Cangnan section of inland river along the mountain, construction of Nanshan pumping station and Xixin pumping station, and demolition and reconstruction of three bridges along Cangnan section of inland river along the mountain.

The design flood standard of the project is once every 50 years, the check flood standard is once every 200 years, and the river bank protection structure of the mountain along the river is Grade 4.
