1. First, dissolve 5 grams of edible flour alkali with water. Make a small opening in the upper part of the egg until the egg liquid comes out. Rinse the eggshell with clean water and stand it upside down in clean water for later use.
2. Beat 8 eggs in a bowl. Cut the cucumber into slices and dig out the center to keep the base when steaming the eggs to prevent them from moving.
3. Melt the eggs Pour the alkaline water into the egg bowl and mix it clockwise. You will see that the golden egg liquid becomes darker.
4. Use a sieve to filter the chicken liquid. After filtering, pour it into the eggshells. Don’t pour each egg too full (otherwise there will be a small bag like mine haha).
5. Pour all the egg liquid, place the cucumber slices on the curtain, put the eggs on top and steam for 15 minutes.
Notes:
The eggs must be stirred evenly. The base can also be replaced by something else. As long as the eggs are fixed well, the egg liquid should not be poured into the eggshell too full.
