Ritan Park contains the Ritan of the Ming Dynasty. Ritan Park is located in the southeast outside Chaoyang Gate in Beijing. Ritan Park is the place where the Ming and Qing emperors worshiped the grandson of the Ming Dynasty.

In 1951, the Beijing Municipal People's Government decided to expand Ritan Park into Ritan Park.
