She began to write about tourism about 8 years ago. After receiving a doctorate in English in Canada, she took Frommer's tour guide exam, passed it and got a job. After working in Frommer, Jarolim worked in Rough Guides in London, and then in Fodor's. It was in this place where she worked that she fell in love with the scenery in the southwest of the United States, so that she moved there.
