4. Fried bacon with garlic moss
Practice 1:
1, wash garlic moss and cut into sections, and slice bacon.
2. After the water in the pot is boiled, put the garlic in the water.
3. Pour oil into the wok and saute shallots, ginger and garlic. Pour in bacon and stir fry for a while. Stir-fry with cooking wine, a spoonful of bean paste, and continue to stir fry.
4, pour garlic moss, add a little salt to taste, stir fry evenly and turn off the fire.

6. Fried bacon with bamboo shoots

1, roast the skin of bacon on the fire, soak it in hot water for 30 minutes, scrape it clean with a knife, then blanch it in a boiling water pot for 5 minutes and pick it up.
