Tian Guan Cao Zhu Xiao Du Tang

Ingredients: 1g of Tian Guan Cao, 5 pig Xiao Du, 75g of raw and cooked Coicis Semen, 75g of ginkgo biloba, 1g of yuba, and proper amount of seasoning.

Practice of Tian Guan Cao Zhu Xiao Du Tang

1. Buy Tian Guan Cao from the herbal medicine store and wash the head and stem.

2. Cut the pig's small belly with scissors, take some salt and raw flour, rub them, rinse them with water, then drain them, pick them up and wash them again in frozen water.

3. Wash the raw and cooked Coicis Semen, shell the ginkgo and slightly soak the yuba.

4. When the water in the pot boils, put down all the materials and cook for more than 3 hours.
