Making method of rice skin:
1. First, prepare a proper amount of rice, then wash it with clear water, add it into a container, and then soak it in clear water for one night.
2. Beat the soaked rice and rice washing water into rice slurry and put it in a bowl for later use.
3. Filter the rice slurry and filter out the residue inside, so that the rice skin will be more delicate, smooth and chewy.
4. Add a proper amount of salt to the rice slurry, and then stir until the rice slurry can be hung with a spoon, which will make the rice slurry taste tougher.
5. Then prepare a clean flat-bottomed chassis, then brush a layer of uniform cooking oil on the bottom of the plate, then pour the evenly stirred rice slurry into the flat-bottomed pan and rotate the flat-bottomed chassis to make the rice slurry spread more evenly.
6. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, then put the plate on the water and cover the pot. After the fire boils, cook for about 1-2 minutes and take out the flat chassis.
7. Put the flat chassis into a container filled with clean water. The purpose of this is to let the rice skin pass through cold water, which will make the rice skin more elastic and tough.
8. After the rice skin is cooled with cold water, take out the flat chassis, then coat the rice skin with a layer of cooking oil, and then take it out and prepare it according to your own taste.
