First, open the official website and search carefully. You will find the "Newbie Card Receive" button. Press this button and a page will be displayed. Select your server number on the page to get the activation code.

Enter the game, open the event, there will be an "Activity Redemption" button at the bottom of the list on the left, press it, enter the activation code on the right, and click to receive it.

Finally, use the gift pack in your backpack and you will get the items in the novice card.
