The preparation method is as follows: Step 1. Wash the shrimps and set aside.
Step 2: Slice green pepper and green onion, mince ginger and garlic.
Step 3: Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, first add the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color.
