Jiezi Tangma Cake, also known as Tangchangfa Cake, is one of the famous snacks in Chengdu, and it is produced in Jiezi Town, Chongzhou. Authentic Tangma cake is made of flour, sugar, rock sugar and other raw materials. After peeling, coring, oil making, crisp making and other procedures, it is made into a circle, and then bonded with peeled sesame seeds and baked. In the 1970s, when it entered Sichuan cuisine, it was called Chongqing Chicken Slices. 1990, the chicken slices of Catholic Church were rated as "Chengdu famous snacks".
