Foreword
I have been to Wuxi many times, and every time I go I can’t forget the gluten-free food there. I always bring a few boxes back. After all, the number of times you can go is very limited. What should I do if I want to eat? I love to eat and cook, so I often put my own and my family’s favorite local delicacies on the dining table for a feast.

I personally prefer sweet and sour sauce. The taste of this juice can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
