stewed peach gum with papaya
Food: 1 papaya, 1g peach gum, and old rock sugar
Practice: 1. Soak the peach gum in cold water for one night, carefully and continuously clean the soft peach gum, remove black impurities and tear it into small pieces;
2. Add a little water to the peach gum and steam it for 3 minutes.
3. Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds, pour the steamed peach gum into the papaya, sprinkle with a little old rock sugar, and steam it again for 2 minutes.
fried cumin tofu
required materials: 1 piece of tofu, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 egg, 1 spoon of white sesame, 2 tablespoons of Chili powder, 3 tablespoons of cumin powder, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of hot oil and appropriate amount of chopped green onion.
Step 1. Cut the tofu into small pieces with a thickness of 1cm, and then marinate in salt water for half an hour, so that the tofu is firm in taste and resistant to frying.
Step 2. Mix the sauce: add Chili powder, white sesame and minced garlic into the bowl, pour in hot oil and saute until fragrant, then add the cumin powder with soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir well.
