Handmade American cafe square lampshade with popsicle sticks

Materials required for handmade lampshade: 5 pieces of 4k size transparent plastic paper cards, sponge stamps, popsicle sticks (the longer they are, about 15cm, About 18 pieces), double-sided tape, scissors, a box of acrylic paint, and a long wooden stick

Step 1. Use scissors to cut the prepared transparent plastic sheet into 4 pieces about 15cm long Take a rectangle of the same size and cut a small piece to make the base of the lantern. Dip the sponge stamp into blue paint and white paint (you can choose the color you like), and dip the paint into the transparent plastic piece at will. Do not dip it too evenly or too full. The bottom surface does not need to be colored.

Step 2. Set the painted plastic piece aside to dry and set aside.

Step 3. Arrange the 15 cm long popsicle sticks into regular squares of the same size and glue them firmly with double-sided tape.

Step 4. Use double-sided tape to stick the pigmented side of the dried plastic sheet to the square frame made of popsicle sticks, and then glue them two by two to form a rectangular parallelepiped.
