Step 1. Use scissors to cut the prepared transparent plastic sheet into 4 pieces about 15cm long Take a rectangle of the same size and cut a small piece to make the base of the lantern. Dip the sponge stamp into blue paint and white paint (you can choose the color you like), and dip the paint into the transparent plastic piece at will. Do not dip it too evenly or too full.
