The origin of dipping sauce
In other words, I am a complete food lover. I not only like to eat, but also like to make it myself. Since seafood is generally expensive in restaurants, I wanted to learn how to cook seafood myself, hoping to save some money and eat healthier.
After my extensive research, I found that the taste of seafood is closely related to the seafood dipping sauce. Therefore, creating a good dip became my main goal.
For this dipping sauce, I watched multiple food videos and tested it no less than ten times, with successes and failures, but finally mastered this seafood dipping sauce that I think is a high-quality one.
Ingredients required
The ingredients used in this dipping sauce include: spicy millet, ginger, garlic, and coriander.
Preparation of dipping sauce
1. Chop the spicy millet, ginger and garlic as much as possible, and use a blender to mince them if conditions permit. Just cut the coriander into small sections.
2. Prepare a small bowl and pour the above ingredients into the bowl. Next, heat the oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, slowly pour the oil into the bowl, and then stir slowly with chopsticks to let the oil soak into all the ingredients.
3. After the ingredients are drizzled with oil, they will emit a strong fragrance. At this time, add an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce and continue to stir evenly.
At this point, a "universal" seafood dipping sauce is completed. You read that right, it’s that simple.
Experience Summary
Many people may ask, does such a simple preparation taste delicious? In fact, when I first started, I had the same questions as everyone else. In order to enrich the dipping sauce, I added ingredients such as mature vinegar, light soy sauce, and sugar without permission. However, the resulting dipping sauce was basically inedible. Later, I stopped being willful and just prepared it in the simplest way. Since then, I have never failed to make dipping sauces. I dare not say that this is the most delicious dipping sauce, but I can say that it is more stable and less likely to fail.
