〖Main ingredients〗Four pairs of large prawns (about 1000 grams),
〖Seasoning〗75g white sugar, 150g chicken broth, 5 grams each of vinegar and soy sauce, 0.5 grams refined salt, 1 gram MSG, 15 grams Shaoxing wine, 2 grams green onions, 1.5 grams ginger, 500 grams cooked lard (approximately 50 grams consumed).
〖Method〗 Remove the sandbags from the shrimp heads, remove the shrimp intestines, leave the skin on, and wash with clean water. Cut onions and ginger into slices.
