Corn bone soup
Ingredients: large bones, corn, white radish, tomatoes
Ginger-matched food: salt
Recipe Method:
1. Cut corn into sections, cut white radish into hob pieces, and cut tomatoes into quarters.
2. Boil water in a pot, add peppercorns and blanch the large bones, then drain and set aside.
3. Put the bones, corn, and ginger into the pressure cooker, add water and press.
4. Pour a small amount of water into the casserole, add white radish and tomatoes.
5. Pour the ingredients in the pressure cooker into the casserole and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
6. Add salt before turning off the heat, and the fragrant corn bone soup is ready to drink.
Ingredients:
1000g tube bone/large bone with bone marrow, 3 star anise, a small section of cinnamon, 6 bay leaves, appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of ginger.
Method:
1 Stir-fry star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves with appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry until hot and set aside.
2 Pour the cooking wine over the pork bones, stir, then pour the mixture of spices and hot salt over the pork bones, mix well, and marinate for 24 hours.
3 Pour the marinated pork bones into a clay pot or electric pressure cooker, add chopped ginger segments, fill with water and cook for 1 hour.
4. It is not necessary to pick out the bay leaves and make soup. Add the star anise and cinnamon to the pot and cook them together with the bones.
