Since my home is in Jilin, the scenery in the distance may not be as beautiful as the one at my doorstep, so I took a trip to Changbai Mountain-Yanji.

During the "National Day" period, autumn is getting stronger and precipitation is less, so Changbai Mountain has entered the best viewing period.

Changbai Mountain Tianchi is a dormant volcano. The water in the crater forms a lake. The water in the melt pool is blue in summer. The frozen ice surface in winter is white. It is surrounded by 16 peaks. Only a narrow channel between Tianhuo Peak and Guanri Peak overflows and flows.

Changbai Waterfall Scenic Area is the most walked. You have to climb halfway up the mountain to see it, and there are no steps when climbing up.

Due to the large drop, under the fierce impact of two snow dragon-like water columns, countless waves splashed, snow filled the sky, and a pool of more than 20 meters deep was formed under the cliff.

The rapid water column flows into Erdaobai River, which is the main source of Songhua River.

Visitors who enter the mountain from "Changbai Villa" can see the waterfall at "Wang Waterfall Slope".

The best place to view the waterfall is at the waterfall viewing pavilion or the "Gaoyan Kiss Waterfall".

Some tour guides say that the waterfall is the overflowing water from Tianchi. In fact, the scenic spot administrator said that it is underground water.

There are many geothermal and hot springs near the waterfall.

After watching the Changbai Waterfall, when you turn back, you will pass by the hot spring to boil the eggs. They are very tender and sweet, but the shells are difficult to peel. There are also duck eggs, ham sausages, corns and so on.

Yanji is bilingual (Chinese and Korean). If you take a local bus, you will hear the announcement twice, once in Chinese and once in Korean.

Girls like Korean dramas, so this place will be very novel for them, and they will feel like they have arrived in Korea.

You must not miss the delicious food in Yanji. I am afraid that ten fingers are not enough for the delicacies here. Korean cold noodles, rice sausages, kimchi, cakes, beef series rice soup, chili sauce, dog meat tonic soup, rice wine...this is amazing
