1. Love the socialist motherland, support the party's principles and policies, love education, meet the requirements of recruitment positions, meet the Putonghua level, physical conditions and psychological conditions stipulated by the Teachers Law, Teachers' Qualification Regulations and other laws and regulations, and volunteer to teach in rural compulsory education schools. It meets the requirements of the ten standards of professional behavior of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the new era, and has no criminal record and other illegal records that may not be employed.

2. Have a teacher qualification certificate. Those who have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate may apply for the examination with the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers within the validity period, and obtain the teacher qualification certificate before going through the employment formalities.

3. Requirements for applying for positions. Applicants for junior high school teacher positions require a bachelor's degree or above. Applicants for sports, music, fine arts, and mental health education positions are required to hold the teacher qualification certificate to teach the subject (or the subject marked in the examination category of "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers") consistent with the positions they apply for. Graduates who hold the qualification of a general teacher in primary education are not restricted in the subjects they apply for. Graduates with kindergarten teacher qualification certificates cannot apply for sports and mental health education positions.

4. Candidates from places of origin, who have participated? College students volunteer to serve the western region? 、? Three sticks and one hand? Volunteers who plan and have completed their service, graduates from normal colleges who have participated in internship teaching for more than half a year, and graduate students with master's degree or above are given priority under the same conditions.

5. General teacher recruitment announcements require applicants to be under 31 years old and born on or after July 1, 1991. Some announcements will relax the requirement of being born under 35 years old and on or after July 1, 1986.
