3. Food coupons can be used when purchasing food group purchase and flash payment (mobile phone payment/flash payment) on the public comment APP, except for merchants who do not participate in public comment preferential activities;

4. Food coupons cannot be cashed out. Only one food coupon can be used for each order, and each coupon can only be used when the order has accumulated over 5 yuan. After the order is deducted, the difference must be paid separately.
