The Thirteenth Army of Rainbow Bay is located in Wuxia Village, Wuchi Township, Yongjia County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. According to the relevant information, the former site of the Thirteenth Army Headquarters in Rainbow Bay is at the east foot of Shantou Mountain across the bank from Wuxia Village, Wuchi Village, Wuchi Township, facing south and west. The Thirteenth Army was a peasant revolutionary armed force created and led by the Communist Party of China in Zhejiang on the basis of the peasant armed riots in southern Zhejiang during the Agrarian Revolutionary War.
