The 123,000-square-meter Century Cultural Plaza is located at the main entrance of the south gate of the Convention and Exhibition Center. The main buildings include: the main sculpture "Tianbao Jiuru", glass corridor, glass bridge, landscape tower, etc.

Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center is a window to showcase Ningbo’s economy, culture, history and development level. Since its completion and put into use, it has successfully held more than 200 domestic and foreign exhibitions, Zhejiang Investment and Trade Fair, China Large-scale and well-known exhibitions such as the International Consumer Goods Expo, Ningbo International Fashion Festival, China Food Expo, Higher Education Instruments and Equipment Expo, and China Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo have all caused considerable repercussions in the industry.

The entire Ningbo International Exhibition Center will cover an area of ??1.1 square kilometers in the future and is divided into a core area and an expansion area. The core area covers an area of ??0.6 square kilometers and the expansion area covers an area of ??0.5 square kilometers. The National Exhibition Center will create four major functional areas, namely "temporary exhibition, permanent exhibition, business office and comprehensive supporting facilities". At present, Hall 1 and Hall 2 of the Permanent Exhibition have been completed and put into use respectively. The display products are mainly home appliances and electronic products, mainly small household appliances; the Perennial Exhibition Hall 2 was opened on June 8, 2010. It was officially put into operation during the Zhejiang Trade Fair and Consumer Expo, with a total construction area of ??201,800 square meters. The theme of the exhibits is mainly home accessories. The Ningbo Municipal Government has designated the convention and exhibition industry as a strategic industry for Ningbo's urban development. The Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center is the core area of ??the Ningbo Eastern New Town Business Convention and Exhibition Area and an important component of the Ningbo International Trade and Exhibition Center. It will form an important platform for Ningbo's modern service industry together with the Ningbo International Financial Service Center and Ningbo International Shipping Service Center under construction.

Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of ??83,600 square meters and is divided into main exhibition hall, small exhibition hall, east exhibition hall, west exhibition hall, conference building and business building. The main exhibition hall is the ceremonial space of the convention and exhibition center, which can also be used for large-scale exhibitions, performances, and opening ceremony activities. The middle part is a column-free space, with equipment and service rooms on the first floor on both sides, and local exhibition halls on the second floor. The large arch structure continues in the south of the main exhibition hall, and an outdoor entrance square is set up as a venue for outdoor performances.

Small exhibition hall:

It can be used as a separate exhibition hall with a main entrance facing Tongtu Road. It can be used as a warehouse for the entire exhibition center during large-scale exhibitions.

East and west exhibition halls:

It consists of two exhibition halls in the north and south and a central connecting part. The first floor on both sides is the equipment and service negotiation room, and the second floor is the surrounding 9-meter-span exhibition hall. Corridor, with main entrances on both sides of the middle and a second-floor display platform.

Business Building:

The building is 4 floors high and houses the computer room, conference room, business room, office, etc. of the entire convention and exhibition center.

Conference building:

The building is 4 stories high, with restaurants and service rooms on the first floor; conference rooms on the second and third floors, and business rooms on the fourth floor.

The first phase of the Perennial Exhibition and Trading Center covers an area of ??2.62 hectares, with a construction area of ??more than 78,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is approximately 64,000 square meters.

The Perennial Exhibition and Trading Center building is divided into two major functional areas:

①Exhibition display area. ***1100 standard stalls. Currently, 231 professional home appliance and electronic manufacturing companies have settled in the area, with a occupancy rate of 92%. The operator also reserves a large amount of data on home appliances and electronics suppliers to facilitate buyers to make a wider range of purchases.

②Business office area. ***There are more than 17,000 square meters of commercial space. Dozens of companies have officially moved in, with a occupancy rate of 95%.

The conventional exhibition hall in the core area of ??the National Exhibition Center is the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, covering an area of ??44.4 hectares. The first phase of the project, completed in 2003, has a construction area of ??more than 90,000 square meters and is mainly composed of six surrounding conventional exhibition halls and eight major buildings including conference buildings and business buildings.

The exhibition hall in Hall 1 has a net area of ??5,400 square meters and a clear indoor height of 25.2 meters; the other exhibition halls have a total net area of ??29,410 square meters and a clear height of 16.5-18.1 meters; Hall 2 has a load-bearing capacity of 3 tons/square meter and is suitable for displaying super heavy Equipment; the conference building and business building have multi-functional halls that can accommodate more than 500 people; 8 medium-sized conference rooms that can accommodate 50 to 140 people; and 8 small conference rooms that can accommodate 20 to 40 people.
