According to Article 50 of the Labor Law, wages shall be paid to the laborer in monetary form on a monthly basis.
Workers shall not be deducted or delay wages without reason.
The employer shall pay wages in full on a monthly basis.
If payment is not made in time, workers can complain or report to the local labor inspection brigade or apply for labor arbitration to the Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee (they can also request for termination of labor relations and economic compensation).
