The park was rebuilt on the basis of the original Qingshan Nursery. According to the requirements of Wuhan's environmental innovation and the goal of creating a landscape garden city, it was planned and designed by Wuhan Landscape Architecture Planning and Design Institute, which was formed after scientific argumentation by relevant experts. The overall planning area is 52, square meters, and the design is divided into central square area, western recreation area, eastern cultural and sports activity area and northern quiet recreation area. The whole park construction pattern is characterized by "green, water and sunshine", with the theme of "peace" and "enterprising", and adopts the combination of traditional park design techniques with the gardening characteristics of the East and the West, which embodies the European square effect, the flowing water of China bridges and the deep style of gardens, and pursues a kind of cultural atmosphere with moderate dynamics and quietness. The transformation of nursery into park has a unique land resource and plant foundation. The green coverage rate of the park is over 8%. After the completion of the park, there are more than 1 varieties of plants, including Magnolia grandiflora, Cinnamomum camphora, Lagerstroemia indica, Osmanthus fragrans and Chinese rose, with 15, plants.
