Come on, comrade, let me help you.
I was a soldier in Zhangzhou, Fujian. Fried noodles are our treasure!
1. Noodles, very simple, instant noodles, the kind without seasonings, are dirt cheap in the wholesale market.
Other sides are also fine, whichever way you like it!
2. Condiments.
Herein lies the complication.
I cooked it myself and gave it to my girlfriend, and the response was pretty good. Let me tell you the process.
First, cook the noodles until they are 7-8 cooked. If they are too cooked, they will become soft and cannot be fried.
Then pick it up and dry it, which is dehydration.
Use a slotted spoon to lift it up and put it aside. Don't put it in the water again.
Next is the stir-fry, prepare onions, ginger and garlic. Don’t worry, what I cook will definitely taste better than what you eat in the army. There is no onion, ginger and garlic in the food the army eats.
First heat the pan and add oil. The oil temperature should be high. Then add a small amount of peppercorns and star anise. If you want to fry one person, it will be about 5 peppercorns and 1 star anise. If you want to eat pepper, add some dried pepper.
Then add the onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 15 seconds. Now you can smell the aroma.
At this time, add about 1 spoonful of sugar. One spoonful is enough for one person. If it is too much, it will not taste good.
After adding the sugar, just put it down and it’s OK.
At this time, weigh the spoon and try not to use the shovel to stir, so as not to break the noodles!
Add a little dark soy sauce and light soy sauce, half a spoonful of white wine, or cooking wine, salt, and MSG.
Stir-fry twice more and it’s ready to go!
~Actually, once this is done, it will be a once-in-a-lifetime fried noodles!
~3, In fact, many people find that it is indeed delicious, but it is still not the same as the one in the army.
In fact, I discovered it after a long period of exploring, observing, peeping, speculating, and thinking.
Another time I accidentally went to a small shop to buy something, and I happened to see him putting ingredients into the pot after the noodles were ready. The ingredients they added were the sauce used to braise duck feet and chicken feet.
How about you, comrade, enlightenment!
But the juice of duck feet is probably what I told you above. There may be a difference between boiled and freshly fried!
Comrade-in-arms, although you only offered a reward of 5 points, I have typed so many words anyway!
And we still have comradeship here, so I shamelessly ask you for this share!
