Male and female teachers and students moved from rented houses to brand-new dormitories. Then, the school was expanded and improved. By the end of 26, the building area reached 3,71 square meters.

At present, the campus of Jiujiang Lushan Xihai Art School covers an area of 5 mu, with a total construction area of 35,21 square meters.

Lushan Art Training Camp is the largest art training brand in China, and was awarded the "China Architectural Decoration Design Education Practice Center" by China Architectural Decoration Association. In order to make the art special training stronger and bigger, Chairman Yu Jinggan has continuously increased investment in construction. From March 26 to June 27, a student dining hall, two dormitories for boys and girls, one dormitory for teachers and one administrative building were successively built.
