Ingredients: tofu, pork, shallots, lard, cooking wine, salt, bean paste, chicken essence, sesame oil.
Method:
1. Cut the tofu into 5 cm wide slices, sprinkle with salt and drain off the water.
2. Chop the pork into mince and cut the green onions into sections.
3. Boil the lard and add the tofu. Fry both sides until brown and take it out.
4. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the minced pork and stir-fry until cooked, add cooking wine and bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add the fried tofu, add salt, chicken essence and appropriate amount of water, simmer until the flavor is absorbed, then add green onions and sesame oil.
Cooking Tips:
Do not cut the tofu too thin to prevent it from breaking easily when frying. You can sprinkle salt on the edge of the pot before frying the tofu to avoid sticking to the pot.
