there are mingzhuwan starting area, wanqingsha plate and nanshawan plate in this section.

1. Starting area of Mingzhu Bay: The starting area of Mingzhu Bay is the future CBD of Nansha. It is planned to be a financial and business district with two tips, namely Lingshan Island Tip and Hengli Island Tip, similar to the positioning of Zhujiang New Town. There are two residential projects at Lingshan Island Tip: Lingshan Island Tip Financial Island (Yuexiu Mingzhu Tianyue Jiangwan) and Hengli Island Tip Financial Island (Xuhui Yaoyue Bay).

2. Wanqingsha Plate: Wanqingsha Plate is located at the southernmost tip of Nansha and will be the transportation hub of Nansha in the future. There are planned transportation lines such as Nansha Station (high-speed rail plus intercity and subway), Qingsheng high-speed railway station, Nansha Port Railway, Shenmao Railway, Zhongnanhu Intercity, Guangzhou-Zhuhai-Macao High-speed Railway and Metro Line 18.

3. Nanshawan plate: Nanshawan plate is the most mature residential plate in Nansha, with mature supporting facilities and strong living atmosphere. It has the best coastal landscape resources in Nansha, and municipal supporting facilities such as Nanshawan Binhai Park, Nansha Yacht Club and Nansha Passenger Port are located here.
