1 fresh mandarin fish (750-900g), 600g cooked mutton with skin, 10 green vegetable heart, 60g soy sauce, 40g sugar, 2g monosodium glutamate, 2g salt,10g onion,10g ginger slices.

1. Clean mandarin fish and remove the head and tail. The fish is diced, and the cooked mutton with skin is diced.
2. Put oil in the pot and ignite, stir-fry shallots and ginger, add mandarin fish, add mutton, add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, refined salt, yellow wine and water, boil and cook with low fire, add sugar for a while, switch to high-fire thick soup and add pepper. Put the mandarin fish pieces at the bottom, arrange the mutton skin up on the fish, put it on the head and tail, and pour in the marinade.
3. While burning mutton, stir-fry the heart with refined salt and monosodium glutamate and surround it on both sides of the mutton. This dish is salty, sweet and mellow, and looks good in winter. If you add crucian carp to mutton with skin, and add salt, onion, ginger, Shaoxing wine and pepper for a long time, it will be delicious.
Home-cooked "fish bites sheep"
Ingredients: croaker 12 strips, 200g mutton, 30g garlic sauce, 20g sour plum sauce, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, rose wine, yellow wine, soy sauce and oyster sauce, a little minced onion and ginger, a piece of tin foil and 2kg salad oil (the actual dosage is 50g).
Output: 1. Small yellow croaker removes gills and scales, uses chopsticks to stir up internal organs, cleans them, and marinates them into bottom flavor for later use. 2. The mutton is stripped of fascia and chopped into velvet. Add salt, monosodium glutamate, yellow wine, tender meat powder and raw flour and stir well.
