How to make Neapolitan pasta?
Shred onions and green peppers, slice sausages, mushrooms and garlic, cut tomatoes in half, thaw shrimps naturally (I use frozen South American prawns), and add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt and pepper.
Start cooking spaghetti, add a little salt after boiling, and cook for 1 1 min (I bought coarse spaghetti, and it takes 12 min to cook). If the noodles are cooked first, you can drain the water and take them out. Add some olive oil and set aside. If you directly fry noodles, you can directly put the cooked noodles in the wok, without this step.
Add olive oil to the pot, stir-fry garlic slices and onions, then add green peppers and mushrooms, finally add sausages and shrimps, and add salt and black pepper to taste (you can adjust it later). Stir-fry the above ingredients and serve first.
Add butter to the pot, add tomatoes and fry them while squeezing with a spatula, then stir-fry them with tomato sauce for a few times, then add all the cooked ingredients in front, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for two minutes.
Pour in the pasta, and finally add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another minute and serve! After serving, add some cheese powder according to your own preferences, which tastes great ~
