Production process:

Then moisten your hands with water to smooth the surface, then wake up to double the size to 1.5 times the size, then sprinkle some raisins on it, and steam the jujube in a steamer for 45 minutes.

Tips:

(1) The hair cake has a soft surface. There are several methods such as thin noodles, but I mostly make thin noodle cakes, because I feel that the soft noodle cakes made by the dough press are hard in taste, easy to dry after being stored for a long time, and there are also problems such as empty layers in the middle.

(2) There are several kinds of thin noodle cakes. For example, the batter consistency of my brown sugar hair cake is similar to that of tortillas, but the batter consistency of my corn flour hair cake is slightly harder. These problems are limited in words, and I may give a video tutorial later. (3) Corn flour personally prefers to make hair cakes with fine corn flour. I prefer this taste, of course, some people like to use coarse corn flour, and some people will change the ratio of white flour to corn flour in the cake to 1: 1 and so on. These are all adjustable. Pastry needs to be used flexibly, instead of using a formula for a lifetime. People's tastes will change, and if you don't know how to reform, you will be eliminated by society.
