Second molding

As we all know, the vacuum positioning of acrylic board requires different molds, even if it is the same word with different sizes, the mold production itself requires high precision and good quality. Because the precision and quality of mold production itself are directly related to the quality of acrylic products, the technical level of mold production is very high, and experienced technicians are needed. Our company is engaged in seamless hot stamping, screen printing, hot bending, plastic absorption, carving, bonding, polishing and polishing.

Third post-production

As mentioned above, the production of acrylic plastic light boxes and acrylic luminous characters has basically realized mechanization, and the application of some new equipment has greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers while improving production efficiency. (5) After heating the acrylic board to the softening temperature, put it on the (I-type and II-type) plastic suction platform.

(6) After molding, the semi-finished acrylic board is milled off by an edge milling machine.
