Taishan’s specialty delicacies include Taishan chestnuts, Ningyang jujubes, and Feicheng peach wells, which are known as the “Three Specialties of Taishan”.

There are also Tai'an pancakes, tofu feast, red-scaled fish, cabbage stewed with tofu, and shredded yam, etc., which are all Taishan specialties.
