1. Ingredients: rice, water.
2. The first thing that is more important is the ratio of rice to water.
One meter (180cc) corresponds to 200ml of water.
Note that the water referred to here does not include the water used to soak the rice.
A little more rice is also calculated according to this ratio.
3. After washing the rice, soak the rice for 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Put the rice (after draining the water during soaking) and the corresponding amount of water into the pot, cover it and turn on medium heat.
5. Let it boil. If you are not sure whether it is boiling, you can uncover it and take a look.
6. After boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the whole process without removing the lid, and cook for 10 to 13 minutes.
7. Turn off the heat, remove from the heat source and steam for 10 to 15 minutes without uncovering the lid.
