On Jingyu Street in front of the old Ding Feng, customers are constantly flowing. In the hearts of old Harbin people, Jingyu Street, formerly known as Zhengyang Street, is like Wangfujing in Beijing. The soft and crisp old Ding Feng cakes retain the warm childhood memories of generations.

Old Ding Feng, a century-old pastry shop in Harbin, is located at No.392 Jingyu Street, a third-class Baroque protection building in China, built at 19 15. Since 19 1 1 opened in Harbin, the position of the old headwind has not changed.

Speaking of old Ding Feng, there is a story that old Harbin people relish. Legend has it that when Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty visited the south of the Yangtze River twice, he visited Shaoxing, an ancient city, and tasted snacks from a fruit shop. When he felt this unique flavor, he happily picked up a pen and gave him three Chinese characters "Old Ding Feng". This means that there is always a lot of delicious food in the pot. Since then, snacks from old Ding Feng have become tributes, and shops from old Ding Feng have begun to spread in China.

19 1 1 year, Lao Ding Feng opened a shop outside Daowai, named Lao Dingfeng Nanwei Cang, selling dry and fresh Nanwei products and homemade Nanwei snacks. According to "One Hundred Years Outside the Road", the front shops and back factories in old Ding Feng were all hand-made. Charcoal burning, oven baking, although the number of snacks is small, but the production is fine. Processed cakes, long white cakes and steamed cakes are all soft and shaped into honeycombs by hand. Cookies are as thin as paper and melt in the mouth. What is particularly special is that the eggs used by old Ding Feng to make "three cakes" are not stirred, but stirred evenly with a broom. Apprentices who enter the store often learn from breaking eggs. Located in a busy road, the goods are of high quality and delicious, so old Ding Feng won "popular support" in Harbin.

However, under the cover of the nest, does Ann have any eggs? /kloc-in the 1930s of 0/9, the northeast fell and the nation was in danger. In addition, the Puppet Manchuria authorities restricted the exploitation of national industry and commerce, so old Ding Feng had to close the shop and leave his old house in the high-rise commercial street. It was not until after liberation that Lao Ding Feng finally returned to his former site. After the public-private partnership, the scale was expanded, and 1978 was named "China Time-honored Brand" by the state. Xu Yuduo, the old current director, is the third generation descendant of Harbin Lao.

Similar to Old Ding Feng, there is Hendry Optical Shop at No.334 Jingyu Street. In a three-level protected building built by 1925, Hendry Optical Shop continues to write its own history.

Today, the main entrance of the old store Hendry is located at the intersection of Jingyu Street and Nanda Liudao Street, and the square dial with the words "Hendry" and "1923" is decorated above it. The Chinese baroque architecture in the old shop is a two-story brick-wood structure, with sky blue and milky yellow alternating, and European windows are decorated with various reliefs. Although the parapet separated by six windows has been mottled and discolored, and the relief of flowers and plants has been eroded by wind and rain, it is not difficult to imagine the elegance of the building in that year.

According to "A Hundred Years Away", at the end of the Qing Dynasty, the country was wide open, and British businessmen operated Hengdali watches and glasses shops in Shanghai and Hangzhou, and their business was once booming. At the request of Kirin, Wang Guangzu and Zhuang Honggao, China people decided to set up a joint venture in China to run their own watch and glasses shop and compete with foreign businessmen. The brand name is "Hendry". Because of its successful management, it gained a great reputation and caused dissatisfaction among British businessmen. British businessmen later sued the court on the name that Hendry imitated Hendry's font size and affected Hendry's reputation. Haendly lost the case because the local court succumbed to British commercial power. However, Haendly did not compromise and appealed to the High Court and won the case. After winning the lawsuit, Haendly decided to send employees to operate branches in different places. 1923, Zhou Pengnian, a native of Ningbo, Zhejiang, came to Harbin and opened a branch in Harbin.

At that time, at the time of the great development of the watch industry, Hendry insisted on operating high and medium-grade brand-name watches and glasses at the beginning of the store, and won by quality. In order to reassure customers, they have a contract with the manufacturer to engrave the word "Hendry" under the trademark. During the warranty period, repair the words when you see them. During the boom, Hendry had more than 20 employees and handled nearly 1000 kinds of goods. People are more proud of buying "Hendry" watches and glasses.

However, after Japanese imperialism invaded northeast China, Haendly could not escape oppression and exploitation. In order to save strength, Hendry transferred some employees to Shanghai, and the old Harbin store was on the verge of bankruptcy. It was not until after the founding of the People's Republic of China that Zhou Donghui, the second son of Zhou Pengnian, returned to Harbin and restored the brand name of Hendry with the help of the government. This allows the old shop to "live" in the old house and open the door again to welcome guests.
